KL20 EXTERNAL Lamp
KL20 was born from the experience gained during these five years of selling the K LAMP.
The KL20 EXTERNAL is the same as the KL20 lamp, but with the possibility of being recessed mounted instead of flush mounted. The caps have fins that trim the lamp to perfectly cover the assembly hole. The KL20 EXTERNAL can be fixed with double-sided adhesive tape, or with an optional butterfly spring kit.
The high-performance High Brightness LEDs of the latest generation illuminate the worktop in accordance with current regulations.
The resin protection, with which it is equipped, guarantees IP65 waterproofing and facilitates daily cleaning operations by being impervious to even the most aggressive degreasing products in common use
KL20, while retaining the features and characteristics that have made K LAMP so successful, aims to improve performance in both durability and lighting quality over the previous version.

KL-20 is available in two light colours 4000°K and 2700°K.
Available in various lengths on request (as a modular lamp) from 3 modules (31.3 cm) to 20 modules (201.3 cm).
KL-20 is supplied with IP68 male connector and 2 metre female connector cable (1 and 3 metres optional).
The KL20 is supplied with double-sided adhesive tape suitable for high temperatures.

How to install the KL20 EXTERNAL LED lamp

Important points that differentiate it from the previous version are:
- The use of new current regulators in the LED control circuit. This new type increases the protection of the LEDs, especially with regard to spurious and electrical disturbances, which are very common in catering installations (due to the very structure of the installations, with motors of various types).
- The use of a high-performance LED, more resistant to voltage or current surges than the 5730 LED previously used (the smaller the LED, the more resistant the BOND it contains).
- The use of a new circuit developed on 4 independent rows of LEDs.
In the event of the breakage of a single LED, in a 10 cm module, only one row of LEDs out of four will be switched off, leaving the remaining three on, making this inconvenience almost invisible and thus avoiding an excessive reduction in luminous flux (on a three-module lamp, the breakage of one LED leads to a loss of brightness of 7 % compared to 33 % with the previous K LAMP).
These design, quality and innovation differences therefore make the KL20 significantly better in terms of reliability, durability and performance.
